If we are mindful, that is mentally present with full concentration in what we do, we are in a state of ‘Yoga – union with the God within.’
Children by nature engage themselves entirely at the task in hand. As they start growing into adults, they tend to move away from this alignment. At iSpark, we aim to bridge this gap through Yoga.

The asanas are made energetic & fun for the children by representing them as ‘Cat Pose’, ‘Dog Pose’, ‘Tree Pose’ etcetera, which makes it an enjoyable learning process.
